About Perryton CDC

PCDC is an economic development corporation created in 1994 by vote of the citizens of Perryton and is under the authority of the City of Perryton, Texas. Our Purpose is to retain and expand existing industry and to recruit new industry. Our Goal is to create jobs and add tax base in the city and county.

Our funding allows us to provide various incentives to accomplish these goals, which benefits all parties involved.

Our full-time Executive Director is Sheryl Hardy, who has been with us for three years. She works with local citizen contacts and is assisted by the Board Members to handle:

• a Referrals by citizens/people already living in the area
• a Expansions by businesses already established
• a Inquiries by outside businesses that are interested in the area. (Resources interested in: land, water, labor, business climate, schools, recreation, etc.)
• a Recruiting businesses (direct contact, trade shows, etc.) - VERY competitive among cities.
• a Referrals by citizens/people already living in the area
